Anna and Jordan Rathkopf, an award-winning multicultural photography and video duo, are known for their focus on themes such as empathy, health, community, and identity.

Their lenses often focus on the world of health, capturing the perspectives of both the diagnosed and caregivers, inspired by their own lived experiences.

Their mission is to ignite real connections, inviting viewers to delve into universal themes portrayed with deep intimacy and unwavering authenticity.

  • Raised in Prague, in the shadows of historic architecture, Anna learned about composition, the use of light, and how to capture life moments from her uncle, a renowned Eastern European photographer.

As an immigrant, she’s learned the best way to navigate new environments and cultures is to remain curious - to ask questions, listen, and learn.

Her cancer diagnosis in 2016 reinforced the importance of empathy, community support, and pursuing dreams.

  • Born and raised in Brooklyn, surrounded by people from all walks of life with stories to tell.

Before teaming up with Anna, Jordan worked in marketing/PR with social impact organizations, influencers, and media outlets.

Jordan originally studied music and Experimental Composition. Many of the principles he learned translate to his visual work, emphasizing the importance of constructing a framework while remaining open to the exciting and unforeseen moments that may arise.
