A video series featuring the stories of 12 breast cancer patients, this project challenges stigma around clinical trials and highlights the urgent need for greater awareness and access—especially for those who have been historically overlooked.

With funding for clinical trials at risk, the urgency of this work has never been greater. We're highlighting the lives of those most impacted by the future of medical research. People living with illness are more than just statistics—they are individuals whose lives depend on advancements in medicine. It's essential that we focus on the real people who rely on these breakthroughs.

A(I) Brighter Tomorrow: Cancer and Beyond is more than an art exhibition; it’s a groundbreaking initiative bringing together artists, doctors, and cancer survivors to explore the human side of cancer. By centering patient and caregiver perspectives, it bridges the gap between medical treatment and lived experience, fostering deeper understanding among those most impacted.

Supported in part by Bloomberg Philanthropies and SIMONE Development Companies, our latest exhibition brings unseen realities into focus--meeting patients, caregivers, and the medical community where they are.

In connection with the recent release of our book, HER2: The Diagnosed, The Caregiver, and Their Son, we are proud to present the first multimedia exhibition of our work, “The Burden of Concealment”—incorporating photography, video, and physical objects.
