ABOUT ANNA RATHKOPF:

Anna Rathkopf is a breast cancer survivor and an award-winning visual storyteller, cancer advocate, public speaker, and author of the upcoming book “HER,TOO” about how she and her family navigated her breast cancer diagnosis in 2016 at the age of 36.

  • Anna and Jordan Rathkopf’s work has received multiple awards (American Photography, APA, Communication Arts) and international media coverage, including CNN, Good Morning America, Buzzfeed, Yahoo News, Daily Mail, DVTV, Metro UK, Click Magazine, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and as the Brand Master Campaign for Susan G. Komen, the world’s largest breast cancer organization and an ongoing partner.

  • HER, TOO is the intimate story about a her family navigating breast cancer with a young child, told from the perspective of Anna as the diagnosed and Jordan as her caregiving partner. It focuses on survivorship, longterm mental health, impact on a family and her experience as a woman, wife, daughter and mother.

When the doctor told me the results weren’t good, I went to the window and I looked outside. I saw people walking and having a normal day. I didn’t know if my life could ever be like that again.

I felt the need to be strong for Anna and our son, but I was struggling heavily with anxiety and depression.
